Right now that means leading Ray, ThetaRay’s agentic AI investigation suite. Compliance analysts lose most of their day gathering data instead of judging it. Ray does the gathering: it analyzes transactions, screens counterparties and drafts regulator-ready narratives, so humans make the calls. My job is the strategy and execution behind it, keeping the AI explainable enough for regulators and sharp enough for Tier 1 banks.
